Next Tuesday’s (23rd July) Pre-Season fixture with Ballymena United has been cancelled at the request of BUFC manager David Jeffery.
Matthew Tipton commented:
After discussing next Tuesday fixture with David Jeffrey he has come to decision that they are unable to send a team strong enough to make it worthwhile for both teams. I’m fully aware of how hard it is for players to train all through June to prepare for European matches & I agreed with David that a weeks rest for his players will be of vital importance to them. We have enough games this pre season & I’m delighted with the shape of the squad currently.
