Portadown u18s welcomed Newry City u18s to Brownstown Park on Saturday morning in the Semi-Final of the Mid Ulster Youth League Cup and despite playing against a team one league above it was the Ports who came through 5-0 winners. Goals from James McCammon, Harry Murphy and a superb hat trick from Oisin Ginesi (pictured) was enough to send the young Ports through to their 2nd consecutive League Cup final where they will face Dungannon Swifts u18s. Ironically, the same team they met at the same stage last season where the Swifts lifted the cup in a 2-0 victory, this time the young Ports will be looking to exert some revenge and be on the winning side this time around.
