As supporters are now aware, this Saturdays (19 Dec) Danske Bank Premiership game against Larne at Shamrock Park has been postponed in line with the NI Football League’s Covid Case Policy as a result of two Crusaders players testing positive for Covid-19 following our game against them on Saturday.

All online tickets that have already been purchased for Saturdays game against Larne will remain valid (albeit replaced with a replacement ticket), for the re-arranged fixture (date to be confirmed), however you can also request a full ticket refund by simply emailing tickets@portadownfc.co.uk and providing your Name and Ticket Order Number (this can be found on your email confirmation).

We will endeavour to have the refund processed as soon as possible and will reply by e-mail stating we have received your refund request and details on when we processed your refund. After that, it will depend on your own bank as to when the refund will be processed and appear back in your account, we expect that it should take up to 10 days but this will vary depending on your bank.

If you choose to keep your ticket for the rearranged game, you will receive an e-mail in the week leading up to the game with the ticket to the new fixture, again if you have any questions, please email tickets@portadownfc.co.uk and we will do our best to answer all queries.
