Portadown Football Club is delighted to announce the signing of Jack Evans from Mid-Ulster Intermediate A side Bourneview Mill.
The 21 year old forward was previously on the books of Lurgan Town before joining Bourneview Mill and scored an impressive 24 goals last season for the men from Pepperton Park even though he missed 2 months of the season with injury.
Bourneview manager Mark Jackson describes Jack as brilliant young lad who has all the qualities to make it in the Irish League.
On the move Jack said
I’m looking forward to hopefully coming in, scoring goals and being part of the team.
It’s going to be a big step from Mid-Ulster football but I feel I’m more than capable of doing it with hard work and under the management here at Portadown.
