Portadown Football Club can confirm that Jake Willis and Igor Rutkowski have joined Championship side Knockbreda while Jack Ovens has made the move to Premier Intermediate side Queens University, all three leave Shamrock Park on loan deals.
Both Jake (19) and Jack (19) penned professional deals at Shamrock Park in May 2022 while Igor (19) signed his first professional contract with the club in January 2023 – all three have first team appearances under their belt at Portadown and we look forward to keeping up with their progress and welcoming them back to Shamrock Park at the conclusion of their loan agreements.
Knockbreda begin their campaign with a trip to Institute while Queens University are away to Rathfriland Rangers in the Playr-Fit Premier Intermediate.
