Manager notes

I think Saturdays game against Dergview was quite an eye opener for a lot of our new players, we were so far off things in the first 30 mins and it took Caolin’s goal to wake us up. I think it’s fair to say however that we showed glimpses of real quality in the second half, we have to remember this is mostly a new group of players so we need to dig out results here early doors before I feel we will gel.

Institute had a good win and will come with confidence, Eoin Bradley will come into the squad and we’re hoping Paddy (McNally) will be able to help us on the bench as Dougie Wilson is still another week away. We will focus on ourselves as always and look forward to seeing our supporters for our first game at Shamrock in what’s going to be a great rollercoaster of a season.
