Last week the NIFL phase players and staff received health, fitness and mindset training from local personal trainer and ex youth team player, Jay Ludlow.

Jay spoke at length on the importance of nutrition, hydration and sleep, positive mindset as well as offering training programmes to support off season and in-season. A really informative and enjoyable session for all.

Educational sessions such as this are a vital part of how we develop our players. We want to develop players to their maximum potential which means they understand the importance of their decisions, workrate and mindset not only at training and matchdays but also during their time away from the club.

We thank Jay for the high level information he delivered which will ensure our players are fully aware and comfortable of their needs during the upcoming off season and ready for pre-season on its return.
