Portadown Football Club is today delighted to announce that Ben Wylie has agreed a contract extension which will keep him at the club until the summer of 2026.
The 22 year old has impressed the Ports faithful since arriving from Cliftonville in August, contributing 2 goals in 27 appearances since his debut against Loughgall.
The forward can list Linfield, Celtic and Ytterhogdals as previous clubs along with loan spells with Airdre and Ballymena United.
On signing a new deal at Shamrock Park, Ben commented
I’ve found a home here at Portadown and love working with Naill and the staff.
I’m looking forward to playing and continuing to kick on.
Ports manager Niall Currie added
I’m delighted to get this young man on board for next season, simply put, he’s a wonderful talent and we are starting to see that.
We’re excited for what’s ahead with Ben and delighted he sees his development and future with our club.
