Portadown Football Club held its annual Remembrance Service yesterday evening to honour and remember all those who gave their lives in service to their country. Players, staff, supporters, and members of the wider community gathered at Shamrock Park to pay their respects to the fallen, as well as to all those who have served and continue to serve in the armed forces.
The service included a moment of silence, the laying of wreaths, and the playing of the Last Post — solemn reminders of the sacrifices made for freedom and peace.
Portadown FC is proud to continue this tradition each year, standing together as a club and community to reflect on the courage, dedication, and selflessness of those who served.
We will remember them.
